A pop-up, a meetup, a run or a dinner: put up the spots you're choosing between, in your city or one you're visiting. Fans vote for the one they'd actually show up at, and you tell them when it's on.

Pick the city and the spots
Search restaurants, parks and venues by name, or drop a pin. Any city: the one you live in, or one you'll be in next month.

Share one link
Fans pick the spot they'd come to and say where they live, so you can see who's local and who would travel in.

Announce and pull up
Set the date, open RSVP, send a reminder the day before, and check fans in at the door.

Find the place by name
Type “Joe's Pizza” and pick it. The address and the pin fill in, and you can still move the pin.
See who's local
Every fan says where they live, so the Fan Map shows the people near the spot and the ones coming from further.
RSVP and reminders
Fans tap “I'm coming” and get directions. The ones who asked for updates hear from you the day before.
Check-in at the door
Show a code at the door. Fans scan it, so you know who actually turned up, and so do they.

Can I run a vote for a city I don't live in?
Yes. A places vote is about the city you pick for it, not your home. Live in Paarl and pulling up in New York next month? Run it for New York.
What if the place doesn't come up in search?
Type the name yourself and tap the map where it is. Search uses OpenStreetMap, which knows most spots but not every new one.
Do fans need an app or an account?
No. They open your link, pick a spot, say where they live and confirm with their email.
How do I know who actually came?
Switch on check-in for the event. A code at the door lets fans check in from their phone, and you see the count live.
What does it cost?
Free for one live vote at a time, with unlimited voters and your Fan Map. Pro adds unlimited votes, more messages and CSV export.
